We sell new and (where stated) second-hand board games and accessories. All products listed on our website are subject to availability.

Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• We accept FPX online banking, and other payment methods as listed on our checkout page.
• All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in product availability, pricing, or suspicion of fraud.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

Returns & Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.
• Refunds for FPX payments will be processed back to the originating bank account.
